SRF02 - Low Cost, High Performance Ultrasonic Ranger

Lowest cost ultrasonic ranger with both I2C and Serial interfaces. New AutoTune algorithms intelligently back the minimum range right up to the transducer ringdown for the very best performance possible, automatically, in the background, and with no calibration cycles necessary. Additional new commands allow for separate burst and ranging control.

SRF05

Two operational modes are available, Single pin for trig/echo or 2 Pin SRF04 compatible.

The input Trigger is a 10uS Min. TTL level pulse
Echo Pulse is Positive TTL level signal, with the width proportional to the object range.

SRF235 - "Pencil Beam" Ultrasonic Range Finder.

The SRF235 is a small sonar with an industrial air coupled transducer, giving a very narrow 15° beam width and fast cycling - up to 100Hz update rate.

Working at 235KHz, the SRF235 can be used simultaneously with standard 40KHz rangers without interference.
